At Project Food we are passionate about supporting people to access more nutritious food as we know what a difference it makes to how people feel.
For some people, the cost of fruit and vegetables and other healthier food is beyond their reach. Other people lack the skills or confidence to cook or to know what to eat. And for others, who might be struggling with mental health problems or feelings of low self-esteem, the thought of cooking is just too much to cope with.
We offer a wide variety of activities – including hands-on cooking sessions, cooking demonstrations, and online cooking classes – to a range of different people including youth groups, mental health support groups, people living alone, parents & carers, and people with specific health conditions such as heart disease.
