They are passionate about the local area, their former Managing Director having grown up in the Axe Valley, and commited to its future.
 
Axminster Property's formula is to design, build and renovate to high standards, identify reliable tenants, offer completely fitted units, charge realistic rates on long leases, create tight management and maintenance plans and aim for an annual return in investors of around 7%.
